Gold Rush and Sunken Ships

Experience how San Francisco went from a trading village to a metropolis. You’ll learn about the hidden remains of sunken ships and artifacts from the Gold Rush. The tour departs from the San Francisco Historical Society’s Museum located at 608 Commercial Street in the heart of the financial district.

Tours are approximately 90 minutes and start from the San Francisco Historical Society located at 608 Commercial Street. Tickets are limited to 20 on a first-come, first-serve basis. In case or rain, tour will be rescheduled. There are several parking garages nearby along with public transportation options.
