The Museum of San Francisco is proud to partner with other organizations to show case several special exhibits through out the year! We also have many permanent exhibits, including, the U.S. Mint vault. 

New Exhibit Open

We're proud to announce that our new exhibit, Small World, Big City: Scaled Stories of San Francisco Neighborhoods, is now open to the public. Mark McGowan’s spectacular handmade models captivated all who attended. Don’t miss this intimate, evocative look at some of San Francisco’s most cherished and storied neighborhoods.

    The Silver Ball and the Golden Gate: Pinball Celebrates San Francisco
    Created in partnership with the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda, this exhibit of rare pinball machines will delight people of all ages. On display are vintage San Francisco themed games, including a one-of-a-kind pinball machine featuring an aerial view of the 1939-1940 Golden Gate International
